General Labourer / Warehouse Production

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Production prep

  • Assembly and production of products (kit assembly, re-packaging, weighing products, etc.)

  • Quality control

  • Shipping and receiving packages daily

  • Maintain neatness and cleanliness of warehouse

  • Other general warehouse duties as directed by management personnel

  • Position requires continuous standing
     

Attributes:

  • Pad printing or any type of printing experience would be a valuable asset

  • Must be attentive to detail to ensure accuracy of work assignments

  • Should not have any lifting restrictions; some frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. from time to time

  • Previous warehouse experience an asset
     

Social Media / Graphic Design

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to create and maintain an online presence for our company. Your role is to implement social engagement strategies and deploy them through our social media accounts as well as assisting with daily graphic design requirements.
 

About the Position:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract & engage more customers and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase social engagement (likes, shares, etc.) and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. Secondarily you will assist with basic graphic design requirements on a daily basis like logo setup and internal printed labels and packaging.
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help to create social media strategy and deploy engaging text, image and video content

  • Design posts that sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz

  • Facilitate online conversations with customers

  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions

  • Report on and analyze results for strategy improvement

  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers

  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering the traffic and customer engagement metrics

  • Oversee social media accounts' layout

  • Keep up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
     

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience overseeing social media accounts

  • Experience in multiple social media platforms

  • Ability to write and deliver creative content

  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Illustrator, Photoshop

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Apps

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Multitasking and analytical skills
     

Customer Service Representative/Outgoing Sales

Manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks,

Ability to work both independently and as a team member,

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Outlook,

Video conference experience,

Attention to detail with the willingness to adapt to feedback.
 

Optional Skills:

Optician training/experience

Call centre experience would be an asset,
